Simon Moss
Chairman of the Board
Simon most previously served as CEO of SAI Sensa, where he led the development of groundbreaking AI solutions for financial crime protection, including a platform which leveraged generative AI to accelerate investigation time by as much as 70%. He has also previously served in leadership and executive positions with tech companies such as Teradata, Pneuron Corporation, Mantas Corporation and IBM.
Joseph Hill
Vice Chairman of the Board
Joseph brings a wealth of expertise and insight to the position of Vice-Chairman. His previous executive experience includes Global Head of Institutional Relationships with Azimut Alternative Capital Partners; Partner and Executive Committee Member of Halcyon Financial Services; and Director of Client Relations, Vice-Chairman and member of the Executive Committee, Bardin Hill Investment Partners.

Edward most previously served as
Head Of Market Research for SymphonyAI Sensa-NetReveal, where he led the development of an innovative Anti-Money Laundering solution within the crypto sector and identified growth opportunities while contributing to pre-sales and project management. He also served as a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst at SAI and as an Analyst at Baxter Investment Management.

Gary brings with him more than 35 years of financial services executive experience including Bank Of America Merrill Lynch, JPMC, Goldman Sachs and Teradata. As Managing Director of Industry Business Development in the Americas for Teradata, he achieved market-leading cloud ARR growth through team development, industry analysis, and cultivating a portfolio of business solutions.
